*Online exhibitions will be online only during the specified date range (May 30 – June 7, 2025). Exhibitions will be removed from the website at the end of the exhibition period. It is the responsibility of the participants to archive the exhibition images.

Times Square billboard exhibition will be uploaded to the system as a video.

ÖNEMLİ BİLGİLER

• Katılım ücretine sadece konferans sunum ücreti dahildir. Otel ücretleri ve uçuş masrafları katılımcıların sorumluluğundadır.
• Sempozyum kapsamında BİLDİRİ ÖZET KİTABI ve TAM METİN KİTABI yayınlanacaktır.
• Bildiri özet kitabı ve Tam metin kitabı Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı tarafından onaylı ISSN ile kitapçık olarak yayınlanacaktır.
• Kabul mailleri en fazla üç iş günü içerisinde gönderilir.

• Only the conference presentation fee is included in the participation fee. Acommodation and flight costs are the responsibility of the participants.
• Within the scope of the symposium, the BOOK OF ABSTRACTS and the BOOK OF FULL TEXTS will be published.
• The book of abstracts and full texts will be published as a booklet with ISSN approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.
• Acceptance mails are sent within a maximum of three business days.
