ACADEMIC INCENTIVE

Communiqué: Refers to the papers and posters presented and published (in a book of proceedings, book of abstracts, website or media such as CD, DVD) in international meetings with a scientific committee.

ARTICLE 3 – Paragraph 9 of Article 7 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows. (9) In order for the event in Turkey or abroad where the papers are presented to be qualified as international, it is essential that speakers presenting oral papers from at least five different countries other than Turkey participate and more than half of the papers are presented by participants from outside Turkey. In additio,n as to whether the event is international or not, there must be a decision of the university board of directors to be the basis for the payment. In the evaluation of the papers, it is essential that the paper is presented in the relevant event and that this is documented (the event program and the document providing that at least one researcher whose name is included in the paper participated in the event). Additionally, for a paper to be evaluated, the paper must be included in the event proceedings booklet in electronic or printed form and the published full text must be submitted.

The abstract book will be published immediately after the end of the congress.
Other publication opportunities in our congress: The full text of the published papers will be published as special issues in the following two journals after the full text rewiev process after the congress.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

TOJET

TOJET is an open access online international electronic journal, published four times a year (January, April, July, and October). Articles may be contributed at any time for publication consideration. Potential articles are reviewed by members of an editorial review committee, and those published in TOJET are referenced in such indexing services as ERIC, UGC (Indian Database) and AERA SEG. The reviewing process usually takes from three to eight weeks; author revision and the editorial/production cycle may take up to four months. Ideally, papers should be submitted to Aytekin ISMAN (isman@sakarya.edu.tr) electronically as a word-processed file. There will be a review process for this journal. You will have to pay € 350 fee when your article is accepted.

Journal of Art and Architecture Studies

Journal of Art and Architecture Studies (ISSN: 2383-1553) is an international, peer reviewed, open access journal. Fulltext of of original researches, reviews and case studies are published twice a year (biannually) on the internet.

JAAS is dedicated for professionals to focus on interdisciplinary studies of artists, planners, architectures, and its affiliated disciplines. The journal aims to promote relationships between academia and community and technical groups, the day-to-day world of policy, and human welfare thinkers with reporting challenges and studies on urban planning, regional development, architecture designs, music, graphical works, painting, handcraft studies, and other branches of art.

There will be a review process for this journal, but no fee will be charged if accepted.

Aim & Scope

The aim of ARTic journal is the dissemination of design. Lindinger (1991) declared that design is â€˜to participate in the making of a new culture from spoon to cityâ€™ It covers particular issues on education, practice, and research of design (Interior, Industrial Product, and Visual Communication). Letters and commentaries of our published articles are welcome.
