FİZİKİ SERGİLER İÇİN ÖNEMLİ NOT:

• Çalışmaların boyutları en fazla A3 ebatında olabilir.
• Tüm çalışmalar ya DİKEY ya da YATAY olmalıdır.
• Gönderdiğiniz eserler Kongre Organizasyonu tarafından bastırılacaktır. Bu nedenle sadece basılabilir eserler kabul edilecektir. Kargo gönderimi kabul edilmeyecektir.
• En fazla 15 eser kabul edilir.
• Fiziksel sergiler Istanbul Universitesi-Cerrahpaşa Avcılar Kampüsünde açılacaktır.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PHYSICAL EXHIBITIONS:

• The size of the works can be maximum A3 size.
• All works must be either VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL.
• The works you submit will be printed by the Congress Organization. Therefore, only printable works will be accepted. Cargo submissions will not be accepted.
• A maximum of 15 works are accepted.
• Physical exhibitions will be opened at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Avcılar Campus.

Bu sergi sadece belirtilen tarih aralığında yayında olacaktır. Sergi süresi sonunda sergiler siteden kaldırılacaktır. Sergi görüntülerini arşivlemek katılımcıların sorumluluğundadır.

This exhibition will be published only during the specified date range. Exhibitions will be removed from the site at the end of the exhibition period. It is the responsibility of the participants to archive the exhibition images.

• The executive committee reserves the right to make changes to the events at any time.
• The Organizing Committee and the Jury members reserve the right to refuse the participation of posters deemed to be morally and culturally offensive or otherwise harassing.
